We share and subscribe to the sentiments espoused in the Legal Services charter as adopted by the South African Government and various Stakeholders.
Chief amongst the objectives of the Charter is giving effect to the Constitution, the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act, and the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Act through the facilitation of the transformation of the legal services sector, and the promotion and empowerment of historically disadvantaged individuals (HDIs).
